  1. hyun-joong.com 접속 후 메뉴(☰) 버튼을 클릭합니다. (반드시 로그인 후 진행 가능)
  2. SHOP 카테고리 내 '👽FANCLUB' 메뉴를 클릭합니다.
  3. 원하는 언어 및 결제 방식을 선택합니다. (한국어 선택 시 한국 내 결제 수단으로만 가능)
  4. MEMBERSHIP (NO KIT ver.) 상품을 선택합니다.
  5. 상세 페이지 내용을 꼼꼼히 확인하신 후 [구매하기] 버튼을 클릭합니다.
  6. 본 상품은 배송이 필요 없는 디지털 멤버십 상품입니다. 안내 절차에 따라 정보를 입력해 주세요.
  7. 최종 결제 금액을 확인하고 결제를 진행합니다.
  8. 결제 수단을 선택합니다. (무통장 입금 시, 반드시 주문자 성함으로 입금해 주세요.)
  9. 결제 완료 후, 홈 화면 우측 상단의 'MY' 페이지로 이동합니다.
  10. 정회원 등급 변경 여부와 구매 내역을 확인합니다.
 
  1. Access hyun-joong.com and click the Menu (☰) button. (Login is required to proceed.)
  2. In the SHOP category, click on the ‘👽FANCLUB’ menu.
  3. Select your preferred language and payment method. (Note: Choosing 'Korean' only allows payment through South Korean local payment methods.)
  4. Select the ‘MEMBERSHIP (NO KIT ver.)’ product.
  5. Carefully review the details on the product page and click the [Buy Now] button.
  6. This is a digital membership product that does not require shipping. Please follow the instructions to provide any necessary information.
  7. Verify the final payment amount and proceed with the transaction.
  8. Choose your payment method. (For Bank Transfers, please make sure the depositor's name matches the buyer's name.)
  9. Once the payment is complete, go to the ‘MY’ page located at the top right of the home screen.
  10. Confirm your membership status upgrade and check your purchase history.

  5. 詳細ページの内容をよくご確認の上、[購入する]ボタンをクリックしてください。
  6. 本商品は配送が不要なデジタルメンバーシップ商品です。案内に従って情報を入力してください。
  7. 最終決済金額を確認し、決済を進めます。
  8. 決済手段を選択します。 (銀行振込の場合、必ずご注文者様の名義でご入金をお願いいたします。)
  9. 決済完了後、ホーム画面右上の「MY」ページに移動します。
  10. 正会員へのグレード変更と購入履歴を確認します。

  2. Dentro de la categoría SHOP, por favor seleccione el menú ‘👽FANCLUB’.
  3. Aquí podrá elegir el idioma y el método de pago de su preferencia. (Tenga en cuenta que si elige ‘Coreano’, solo podrá utilizar métodos de pago locales de Corea del Sur).
  4. Debe seleccionar el producto ‘MEMBERSHIP (NO KIT ver.)’.
  5. Le recomendamos revisar detenidamente la información de la página y luego hacer clic en el botón [Comprar].
  6. Al ser un producto de membresía digital, no requiere envío físico. Solo debe seguir las instrucciones para completar su información.
  7. Tras verificar el monto total, puede proceder con el pago.
  8. Elija el método de pago que prefiera. (Si opta por transferencia bancaria, le solicitamos que el nombre del remitente sea el mismo que el del comprador).
  9. Una vez completado el pago, puede dirigirse a la sección ‘MY’ en la parte superior derecha de la pantalla.
  10. Allí podrá confirmar su cambio a miembro oficial y revisar su historial de compra.

  9. 支付完成后，前往主页右上角的 ‘MY’ 页面。
  10. 确认正式会员等级变更情况及购买记录。

  1. 멤버십 구매 완료 후 메뉴(☰) 버튼을 클릭합니다. 
  2. SHOP 카테고리 내 '👽FANCLUB KIT' 메뉴를 클릭합니다. (멤버십을 구매해야만 키트를 구매할 수 있습니다. )
  3. 원하는 언어 및 결제 방식을 선택합니다. (한국어 선택 시 한국 내 결제 수단으로만 가능)
  4. MEMBERSHIP (KIT ver.) 상품을 선택합니다.
  5. 상세 페이지 내용을 꼼꼼히 확인하신 후 [구매하기] 버튼을 클릭합니다.
  6. 본 상품의 가격은 0원이며, 실제로는 '배송비'에 대한 결제만 진행됩니다.
  7. 배송비를 확인하신 후 수령하실 주소를 입력해 주세요. (외국인 주문자의 경우: 일본은 일문, 그 외 국가 전 지역은 반드시 영문으로 입력 부탁드립니다.)
  8. 결제 완료 후, 홈 화면 우측 상단의 'MY' 페이지로 이동합니다.
  9. 정회원 등급 변경 여부와 배송 신청 내역을 확인합니다.
 
  1. After completing your membership purchase, please click the Menu (☰) button.

  8. Once the payment is complete, navigate to the ‘MY’ page at the top right of the home screen.
  9. There, you can confirm your membership status and check your shipping application details.

A. 歓迎メールは募集終了後、順次送信される予定です。

Q. KIT와 2026 시즌그리팅을 같이 결제했는데, 언제 배송되나요?

A. KIT 배송 예정일에 함께 출고될 예정입니다. (2월 말~3월 초) 참고 후 결제 부탁드립니다.

Q. I paid for both the KIT and the 2025 Season's Greetings. When will they be shipped?

A. They will be shipped together on the scheduled KIT shipping date (late February to early March). Please keep this in mind when making your payment.

Q. KITと2025年シーズングリーティングを一緒に購入しましたが、いつ発送されますか？

A. KITの発送予定日に一緒に出荷される予定です。（2月下旬～3月上旬）ご確認の上でお支払いください。

Q. He pagado tanto el KIT como las Season's Greetings 2025. ¿Cuándo se enviarán?

A. Se enviarán juntos en la fecha programada para el envío del KIT (finales de febrero a principios de marzo). Ten esto en cuenta al realizar tu pago.

Q. 我同时购买了KIT和2025年季节问候，它们何时发货？

A. 它们将在KIT的预定发货日期（2月底至3月初）一起发货。请在付款前参考此信息。

Q. 아이디가 되는 이메일 주소를 잘못 적어 바꾸고 싶습니다.

Q. I entered the wrong email address for my ID and want to change it.

A. Due to privacy laws, administrators are unable to change your ID. Please create a new account using the correct email address and proceed with your membership and KIT purchase. If you have already purchased a membership, please contact us at help.henecia@gmail.com.

Q. アカウントIDとして使用するメールアドレスを間違えて入力してしまいました。変更できますか？

Q. Ingresé incorrectamente el correo electrónico para mi ID y quiero cambiarlo.

A. Debido a las leyes de privacidad, los administradores no pueden cambiar tu ID. Por favor, crea una nueva cuenta con el correo correcto y procede con la compra de la membresía y el KIT. Si ya compraste la membresía, contáctanos en help.henecia@gmail.com.

Q. Is there an alternative payment method to PayPal for international transactions?

A. Currently, the only international payment method available on hyun-joong.com is PayPal. Alternatively, you can make a transfer to a Korean bank account. For more details, please contact us at help.henecia@gmail.com.

Q. PAYPAL以外の海外決済方法はありませんか？

Q. ¿Hay algún método de pago internacional aparte de PayPal?
